About Jacee

I’ve loved property from a young age, although for a long time I never realised it could become a career. As I got older, my interest in property grew and, combined with the fact that I really enjoy meeting new people, estate agency started to feel like the perfect fit for me.

My career in property actually began with Elliot Oliver when I joined the team for work experience in February. I spent time getting involved with both viewings and property inspections, which gave me a great introduction to the different sides of the lettings business. I’m now a Lettings & Inspections Administrator, specialising in both areas and continuing to learn something new every day.

One of the things I enjoy most about working at Elliot Oliver is the friendly but professional environment. There’s a strong focus on giving clients a great experience, but everyone in the team supports each other too. I think that combination, together with our local knowledge and strong reputation, really helps Elliot Oliver stand out. We’re approachable and friendly while still providing a professional, high-quality service.

That’s also how I like to approach my own role. I want clients to feel comfortable dealing with me, so I listen to what they need and try to make every interaction as positive as possible. I particularly enjoy the variety of the job. Whether I’m meeting someone looking for the perfect place to call home or helping to make sure properties are being well looked after through inspections, no two days are exactly the same.

Outside of work, I’m a very social person and love keeping busy. I enjoy shopping, going out with friends and walking my sausage dog, Woody. Being naturally sociable definitely helps in a role where meeting and talking to different people is such an important part of every day.

Cheltenham is also a great place to live and work because everything is so close. I love having beautiful surroundings nearby while also being within easy reach of plenty of shops and restaurants. Together with the friendly local community, it gives Cheltenham a really good balance.
