Our Favourite Gloucester Rentals

Gloucester has a lot to offer renters, as it’s got a lot of culture, cafes, restaurants and transport links to London, Oxford and Bristol. Its proximity to Cheltenham also makes it handy for anyone who prefers to live a bit further out and doesn’t mind commuting.

Property prices and monthly rents also tend to be a bit cheaper too, so here are two of our favourite Gloucester rentals for you to think about.

Pevensey Place, Quedgeley, GL2 2HP, £1,600 pcm

This detached house in the popular Kingsway area of Gloucester offers tenants four large double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, as well as an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner area.

The minimum tenancy period is 12 months and the property is in Council Tax band E, which means an annual bill of £2,320.

Donna Nook Lane, Kingsway, Gloucester GL2 2EN, £1,400 pcm

Another property situated in Kingsway, this modern three-bedroom house makes an ideal family home. It offers tenants two large double bedrooms and a smaller third bedroom, with an ensuite off the main bedroom, as well as a family bathroom.

There’s also a large kitchen/diner with patio doors leading out onto a pleasant enclosed garden. The kitchen has some integrated appliances and plenty of room for eating and socialising.

At the end of a wide entrance hallway there’s a downstairs toilet and the hallway also opens into a large, dual aspect lounge on the other side of the house from the kitchen/diner.

The property also benefits from a garage and off-road parking.
