Unfortunately I have put an offer on a house through a different company who I shall not name but are renowned for their poor service, for those wondering I had little choice as they covered the area I needed and I required a quick sale and catchment areas. Believe me I wish it was Elliot Oliver. Each time I had a viewing i was given excellent service and an agent in Ben who gave me a lot of time and really focused on my needs. He also always followed up with me and was in regular contact regarding new places that I may like. I think I saw 5 in total and despite not finding the right place for me he was always trying to do what was best for me. I also spoke on the phone to a lady who was also very courteous and professional. (I think her name was Libby) All I can say is that I wish all estate agents were the same as this and just wish they had a property that was right for me as the people I dealt with her head and shoulders above all the other agents in Cheltenham I have communicated with. Really made this family feel listened to and respected and the company and Ben in particular are a real credit to the estate agency and our trust back into the world”

We were trying to sell at a very difficult time in the housing market – Brexit really threw a spanner in the works! Hardly any property in Cheltenham was moving but throughout a challenging period for house sales across the board, the EO staff remained resolutely positive and were convinced they would sell our house for us.
